The 2000s trend is definitely not a new one, but we are still obsessed with it and it’s only getting bigger, always being spotted on celebrities like Dua Lipa and Bella Hadid as well as on TikTok - although it’s important to note that a lot of the trends within Y2K are drawn from black culture & black celebrities like icons Destiny’s Child and Mel B.

Even though a lot of these outfits are questionable now (hello Ashley Tisdale we love you queen but let’s not bring back skirts over jeans), the creativity was off the grid. Here’s how you can achieve the Y2K look with some Koi shoes and whatever is always in your wardrobe, whether you’re into athleisure, girly looks or something with more attitude. Yes, it’s that easy.
